Shipping policy

Creekmur offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Area

We ship to residential and commercial street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

We do not ship to:

• Alaska

• Hawaii

• U.S. territories

• P.O. Boxes

• APO addresses

• FPO addresses

• DPO addresses

• International destinations

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

We do not charge separate handling fees or carrier-related fees.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

The daily order cutoff time is 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed after 6:00 PM ET begin processing on the next business day.

Transit Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days.

The total estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days, including processing and transit time.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped through FedEx.

After an order ships, the customer receives a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking activity begins after FedEx accepts and scans the package.
