What does Creekmur sell?
Creekmur offers practical household organization products for everyday living. Our selection includes products for entryways, everyday-carry items, bathroom countertops, sink areas, laundry rooms, and household storage.

Where do you ship?
We ship to eligible addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all orders.
Which carrier do you use?
Orders are shipped through FedEx.
How long does delivery take?
Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Shipping transit takes 3–5 business days.
The total estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days.
The order cutoff time is 6:00 PM ET.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can request an order cancellation or change before the order ships. Please contact us promptly and include your order number.
After an order has shipped, it is handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
What is your return period?
Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery.
We accept returns for non-defective and defective products, including products that have been opened or lightly used. Please contact us before returning an item.
Do I have to pay return shipping or a restocking fee?
A prepaid return label is included in the package. Creekmur covers the return shipping cost, and no restocking fee is charged.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. You can exchange an eligible return for another in-stock product.
If the replacement costs more, you pay the price difference. If it costs less, the difference is refunded to your original payment method.
When will I receive my refund?
After the returned product arrives at our return facility, you will receive the refund through the original payment method within 8 business days.
